- Mr. Rashed Karmastaji is the esteemed founder and chairman of the Karmastaji Group, which was established in 2005 as a premier Real Estate Company. From its inception, the group’s original branch distinguished itself by offering world-class real estate solutions across the UAE and the GCC region, establishing a reputation for excellence and success. The remarkable growth of the Karmastaji Group and its associated enterprises is driven by strategic business planning, hands-on management, and a track record of delivering highly profitable returns on investment.

Our History
Under the leadership of Mr. Rashed Karmastaji, Chairman of Karmastaji Group, the company expanded from real estate to a diversified conglomerate. Prior to founding the Real Estate Company in 2004, Rashed gained valuable experience working at the National Bank of Dubai (now Emirates NBD) and Dubai Customs, and he served as a business development advisor to the President of Tatarstan. He holds an MBA in business leadership and has invested across multiple sectors, including finance, real estate, hospitality, and retail. His strategic vision has enabled him to leverage opportunities and establish a competitive edge in the market.
